以煤层气车载钻机动力头为研究对象,在钻机最大工作负荷下,对动力头提出了功能要求,并确定了设计方案。采用三维建模软件建立动力头三维数字模型,应用CAE软件对动力头的关键部件进行了有限元分析,得出了其工作过程中的应力及应变分布规律。根据数值模拟结果对初始设计方案进行优化设计。样机的现场应用结果表明动力头设计很好的满足了车载钻机的功能要求,可靠性高。
Taking the power head of CBM drilling rig as the research object, under the maximum working load of the drilling rig, the functional requirements of the power head are proposed and the design scheme is determined. The three-dimensional modeling software was used to establish the three-dimensional digital model of the power head. The CAE software was used to analyze the key components of the power head. The stress and strain distribution were obtained during the working process. According to the numerical simulation results, the initial design scheme is optimized. The field application of the prototype shows that the power head design meets the functional requirements of the car rig and has high reliability.
