丽蚜小蜂(Encarsia formosa Gahan)属膜翅目蚜小蜂科,是对温室白粉虱(Trialeurodes vaporariorum Westwood)专寄生性的内寄生蜂。目前英国、美国、苏联、意大利、澳大利亚、荷兰、日本等20多个国家正在开展丽蚜小蜂的研究和利用。1975年荷兰利用丽蚜小蜂防治西红柿上的温室白粉虱,面积达600公顷,获得了满意的防治效果。中国农科院生防室于1978年底从英国温室作物研究所将该蜂引入我国。在
Encarsia formosa Gahan is a Hymenoptera, Hymenoptera, an obligate endoparasitoid to Trialeurodes vaporariorum Westwood. At present, more than 20 countries such as Britain, the United States, the Soviet Union, Italy, Australia, the Netherlands and Japan are conducting research and utilization of the Lepidoptera. In 1975, the Netherlands used aphid wasps to control greenhouse whitefly on tomatoes, covering an area of 600 hectares and obtained satisfactory control effects.
