我国《劳动法》、《劳动合同法》、《就业促进法》等相关法律的出台与实施,对规范我国劳动用工关系、保护劳动者利益、构建和谐社会等奠定了重要基础。但笔者认为,目前有一种非主流的劳动用工关系——雇佣关系非常普遍,对其中受雇人权益保护问题,尤其需要进一步引起社会各界的重视并认真加以解决。
The promulgation and implementation of the relevant laws such as the “Labor Law”, “Labor Contract Law” and “Employment Promotion Law” have laid an important foundation for regulating the employment relationship between workers and workers, protecting the interests of laborers and building a harmonious society. However, in my opinion, there is a non-mainstream labor-employment relationship-the employment relationship is very common. In particular, the protection of employees’ rights and interests needs to be further emphasized and seriously addressed by all walks of life.
