依据《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》采用现场职业卫生学调查法、职业病危害因素检测法和检查表法相结合方式对某公司二氟一氯甲烷生产项目职业病危害因素进行分析,并对其控制效果进行评价。该项目在生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有噪声、氟化氢、三氯甲烷、氯化氢、五氯化锑、氯和氢氧化钠,该建设项目的噪声超标,合格率为83%。其余各检测项目的结果均未超过国家规定的职业接触限值。该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病防护措施防护效果达到国家标准要求,但需要加强对噪声职业病危害的控制。
