我们设计制造了一台单板机控制的程序疲劳试验机,经调试,效果满意。试验机基本可分电液伺服、电控、单板机三大部分。这里仅就单板机的作用和硬件、软件的设计作一简单介绍。一、单板机的用途一般的疲劳试验机,为了实现试验过程的程序控制,或是采用继电器逻辑,或是采用顺序控制器。这些方案的主要缺点是试验程序改变麻烦,且为有限步,此外还需要配备信号发生器。因此,我们决定采用单板机来完成以上功能,目的是向操作人员提供简便、直观的操作方法。
We designed and manufactured a single-chip computer-controlled program of fatigue testing machine, the commissioning, the effect is satisfactory. First, the use of single-board machine General fatigue testing machine, in order to achieve the process control of the test process, or the use of relay logic, or the use of sequence controller. The main disadvantage of these solutions is that the test procedure is cumbersome and has limited steps, in addition to signal generators. Therefore, we decided to use the single-board machine to complete the above functions, the purpose is to provide operators with simple and intuitive method of operation.
