武汉市硚口区新合村小学建于1964年,地处武汉市硚口区中心老城区,占地面积不足一块标准足球场。1970年,新合村小学正式成立了校足球队,并命名为“山鹰足球队”。足球队建立之初,用建筑垃圾和煤渣填平水塘作为操场,地面凹凸不平,两根树杆插在地上就是球门。50年风雨历程,新合村小学的校园足球活动由单一的学生体育运动提升拓展为校本课程,再到注重足球文化和精神的物化及践行,结出了累累果实。50年来,学校发展校园足球虽历经艰辛,但始终坚持立德树 Xinkou Village, Qiaokou District, Wuhan City, was built in 1964 and is located in the old city center of Qiaokou District, Wuhan.
