利用皮秒激光在304不锈钢上进行表面着色试验研究。分析了皮秒激光对不锈钢表面着色的机理,建立了表面色彩的模型。分别试验研究了扫描线间距、扫描速度和脉冲能量等激光工艺参数对着色效果的影响。研究结果表明,改变线间距、扫描速度和功率均能对着色效果产生显著影响,在扫描速度90~300μm/s,扫描线间距0.001~0.01mm,单脉冲能量60~140mJ/cm~2的参数范围内能得到较好的色彩,而且三者对着色有近似的影响效果。在试验基础上,获得了皮秒激光参数与CIE L*a*b*色彩模型之间的关系。最后对着色后的试样进行了颜色老化对比试验。老化对比试验表明,不同老化时间下的激光着色试样的色差值ΔE均很小,说明各试样颜色接近,耐老化效果较好。
Surface color test on the surface of 304 stainless steel by picosecond laser. The mechanism of picosecond laser on the surface of stainless steel was analyzed and a model of surface color was established.
