后封头是某高压容器的一个关键承力件。该封头直径大、薄壁、形状复杂、开口比为0.9,工作压力高达9.8Mpa。壳体采用钛合金精铸,减轻重量40%,降低成本20~50%。经鉴定,此项技术成果达到了国际先进水平。后封头壳体选用铸钛合金ZTC_4(Ti—6A1—4V)时通过增添加强筋及从工艺上采用“热等静压”热处理来弥补钛合金E值低和消除铸件本身材质疏松等弊病。通过测试,获得水压强试验应力分布试验曲线及“热等静压”后的铸钛合金ZTC_4材料性能数据,为今后类似产品设计及使用作参考。

After the end cap shell selection of titanium alloy ZTC_4 (Ti-6A1-4V) by adding stiffeners and from the process using “hot isostatic pressing” heat treatment to make up for the low value of titanium alloy E and eliminate the defects of the casting itself material defects. Through the test, we get the test curve of the stress distribution of hydraulic pressure test and the performance data of the cast titanium alloy ZTC_4 after “hot isostatic pressing”, which is the reference for the design and use of similar products in the future.
