本文经扫描电镜对豚鼠耳蜗盖膜与毛细胞纤毛的接触关系进行了观察与探讨。①豚鼠耳蜗螺旋器不仅第三排外毛细胞静纤毛嵌入盖膜的的网状膜面,且第一排、第二排的外毛细胞的纤毛也嵌入盖膜的网状膜面并有针孔状W形压痕,②本文还发现豚鼠耳蜗盖膜的网状膜面有内毛细胞静纤毛的压痕,有时还可见支柱细胞的头板的痕迹;③通过实验,作者认为盖膜与静纤毛的接触形式是嵌入形式(或称插入)可能性最大。
