南京建业鋼铁厂用很小的轧机轧钢錠成功,解决了开坯机缺乏的困难。该厂职工利用厂内一套旧的190mm(三輥式、五机架)小軋机,直接用4吋(115mm)鋼錠开坯并軋成鋼材,解决了长期以来因不能开坯而引起的停工待料的威胁。他們采取了以下一些措施: 1.加固机架:原有的旧机架过于单溥,强度太小,因此新换了机架,新机架的各部分都加厚,特別是加大加重了底部。新机架比老机架的重量約增加40%;底脚板的形状也作了修改,将原来的平板改为凸形板,使机架安装后更加平稳坚固。 2.增加动力:将原来的60瓩马达换成130瓩馬达,并在皮带上增加了一个飞轮,保証了开坯需要的动力。
Nanjing Jianye Iron and Steel Mill with a small rolling mill ingot success, to solve the lack of open machine difficulties.
