本文籍对《蒋介石与国民党腐败》的评介，透视国民党在大陆统治覆亡的历史根源之一的腐败问题。认为 腐败是导致国民党在大陆统治覆亡的内在根源，专制体制是国民党腐败的渊薮，蒋介石是国民党中最大 的腐败者。尽管国民党一再侈言革新，但国民党的组织成分及其性质，决定了腐败者防治不了腐败，国民 党在大陆统治的覆亡是历史的必然。
This article reviews the “corruption of Chiang Kai-shek and the Kuomintang” and the corruption of one of the historical origins of the Kuomintang’s rule over the mainland. Corruption is considered to be the root cause of the Kuomintang’s rule over the mainland. The autocratic system is the source of Kuomintang corruption. Chiang Kai-shek is the largest corrupt party in the Kuomintang. Although the Kuomintang has repeatedly said that the Kuomintang’s organizational composition and its nature determine that corrupt people can not prevent corruption and that the Kuomintang’s fall over the mainland is a historical necessity.
