各区、县人民政府,市政府各委、办、局,各市属机构:今年以来,本市发生多起安全事故,直接危及了人民群众身体健康和生命安全。对此,市委、市政府高度重视,要求各区县政府、市政府各有关部门和有关单位切实做好保障人民群众身体健康和生命安全工作。现就有关事项通知如下:一、从学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的高度,充分认识保障人民群众身体健康和生命安全的极端重要性
