在教学实践中,教师最大的困难是班级人数较多,后进生积累较快,学情两极分化,有时教师感到无所适从。面对这一问题,我将自己的教学实践经验积累并进行整理写了一些后进生转化的教法,学法和辅导方法,与大家分享。希望及早的发现和转化后进生提高教师的教学效果,做一名学生接受、家长满意、学校认可的好教师。
In teaching practice, the biggest difficulty for teachers is that they have more classes, post-graduation students accumulate faster and their learning conditions are polarized. At times, teachers find themselves at a loss. Faced with this problem, I will accumulate and organize my own practical teaching experiences and write some teaching methods, learning methods and counseling methods for future students to share with you. Hope that the early detection and transformation of post-graduation to improve the teaching of teachers, to be a student to accept, parents are satisfied with the school approved a good teacher.
