针对目前国内比较陈旧的电渣焊焊接设备,根据焊接生产现场环境和焊接工艺的要求,首先设计了电渣焊焊机的硬件系统,再设计了自动控制系统的控制流程,以PLC控制单元为核心,结合变频调速和温度传感技术对焊丝摆动行程往返点停留时间的实时调节进行了研究。而摆动停留时间实时调节基于熔渣温度的闭环负反馈,采用通用的PID算法来实现。最后,本文对程序设计的流程进行了详细说明,并给出了部分PLC程序。通过相关改造,焊接系统的结构得到了简化,提高了控制的可靠性和精度。应用实践表明,所设计的焊丝摆动系统对焊丝往返点停留时间的调节精度达到10 ms,实现了对焊丝在摆动往返点的停留时间的高精度连续调节。
In view of the current domestic electroslag welding equipment, according to the requirements of the welding production site environment and welding process, the hardware system of the electroslag welding machine is designed first, and then the control flow of the automatic control system is designed. Taking the PLC control unit as Core, combined with frequency control and temperature sensing technology to study the real-time adjustment of stay-time of round trip of wiggle wire. The swing dwell time real-time adjustment based on the slag temperature closed-loop negative feedback, using a common PID algorithm to achieve. Finally, the paper describes the process of program design in detail, and gives some PLC programs. Through the relevant transformation, the structure of the welding system has been simplified, improving the reliability and accuracy of the control. The application practice shows that the designed precision of the wire swinging system to the round trip point of the welding wire reaches 10 ms, which realizes the high precision continuous adjustment of the stay time of the welding wire at the swing reciprocating point.
