轧钢分厂是我厂自行设计和建造的,其中建有一台炉底面积为19.8×2.55米~2三段式连续加热炉.燃料采用我厂自产的发生炉煤气,发热值为5852千焦/米~3.烧嘴布置如下:加热段顶部设2排6个平焰烧嘴,侧墙两侧共设8个高速烧嘴,下部端墙设3个高速烧嘴,均热段顶部设2个平焰烧嘴,端墙设3个高速烧嘴.高速烧嘴喷出速度为80~100米/秒.当时燃烧能力分配为上加热和下加热各50%.由于上的急,竣工投产后发现该炉存在一些问题:
