本文用细胞化学酯酶(ANAE)反应标记淋巴细胞的方法,对100例正常瑞士小白鼠尾血的淋巴细胞进行了研究。结果表明:ANAE阳性者为T淋巴细胞,阴性者为B淋巴细胞。阳性率平均值为62.5±1.0%。继后又随机观察其中50例,其ANAE阳性率为63.5±0.1%。其中点状颗粒型的淋巴细胞百分率为55.5±0.9%(3粒以下者25.3±0.8%;4-8粒者24.6±1%:9粒以上者4.6±0.3%),而弥散型为8.5±0.3%。关于细胞化学酯酶标记T淋巴细胞的研究已经在临床和实验免疫学上起到重要的作用,国内一些学者亦已开展这方面的工作。中国中医研究院基础所细胞室经过近七年的研究,曾对正常青年人和中药作用后的小白鼠、大白鼠、驴以及虚证病人的T淋巴细胞进行过研究。本文对100例小白鼠进行了系统观察其T淋巴细胞的正常值并进一步作了分型的工作。
In this study, lymphocytes were labeled with 100% normal Swiss white rat tail blood using the method of cytochemical esterase (ANAE) labeling. The results showed that: ANAE positive for T lymphocytes, negative for B lymphocytes. The average positive rate was 62.5 ± 1.0%. Followed by random observation of 50 cases, the ANAE positive rate was 63.5 ± 0.1%. The percentage of dot-shaped granulocytes was 55.5 ± 0.9% (25.3 ± 0.8% for 3 or less; 24.6 ± 1% for 4-8 and 4.6 ± 0.3% for 9 or more), while the diffusivity was 8.5 ± 0.3%. Research on cytochemical esterase-labeled T lymphocytes has played an important role in clinical and experimental immunology. Some scholars in China have also carried out this work. After nearly seven years of research, the cells of the Institute of Basic Research of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine have studied the T lymphocytes of white mice, rats, donkeys and patients with deficiency syndrome after normal young people and Chinese traditional medicine. In this paper, 100 cases of mice were systematically observed the normal value of T lymphocytes and further made a classification of the work.
