本刊信息员许冰报道,《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法修正案》已于2002年4月 28日经第九届全国人大常委会第二十七次会议审议通过,将于 2002年 10月 1日起正式施行。这是我国入世之后全国人大常委会审议通过的第一部法律修正案。
Our reporter Xu Bing reports that “the People’s Republic of China Import and Export Commodity Inspection Act Amendment” was on April 28, 2002 by the Ninth NPC Standing Committee twenty-seventh meeting examined and approved, in 2002 10 On the 1st of January officially implemented. This is the first legal amendment passed by China’s NPC Standing Committee after its accession to the WTO.
