利用聚丙烯酰胺薄层凝胶电泳法测定了陕西关中西瓜枯萎病菌21个菌株的酯酶同工酶。结果表明,根据酶带可将供试菌株区分为4个类型.类型一,有 E_2、E_3、E_4,E_6,E_7、E_96条酶带,包括9县(市)的18个菌株;类型二、有 E_2、E_4、E_5、E_6、E_75条酶带,包括1个区盼1个菌株,类型三,有 E_1、E_2、E_3、E_5、E_8 5条酶带,包括1县的1个菌株;类型四、有 E_4、E_5、E_73条酶带,包括1县1个个菌株。病菌致病力与酯酶同工酶活性有显著的相关性.
