目的了解霍乱弧菌在外环境的存活情况,为预防和控制霍乱发生和流行提供科学依据。方法在霍乱好发地区的主要河道、渠道及各类水体设立监测点,霍乱弧菌的检测用10倍浓缩碱胨水增菌培养法。结果我市外环境各类水体霍乱弧菌检出率1.61%,以江河水及甲鱼池水的检出率为高,分别为1.25%和10.49%。结论我市外环境水体中的霍乱弧菌还存在潜在威胁,加强各类水体的监测,保护人群健康,是我们工作的重点。
Objective To understand the survival of Vibrio cholerae in the external environment and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of the occurrence and prevalence of cholera. Methods The monitoring points were set up in major rivers, channels and various water bodies in the cholera-prone area. Vibrio cholerae test was carried out with 10 times concentrated peptone water-enrichment culture method. Results The detection rate of Vibrio cholerae in all kinds of water in our city was 1.61%. The detection rate of water of river water and turtle pond water was 1.25% and 10.49% respectively. Conclusion Vibrio cholerae in external environment water of our city still poses potential threat. It is the focus of our work to strengthen the monitoring of various water bodies and protect the health of the population.
