为评价沃辛瘤的线粒体功能,将8例腮腺沃辛瘤手术标本用生化方法提取线粒体,并测定其呼吸活性。肿瘤上皮细胞线粒体的平均呼吸控制率(respiratorycontrolratio,RCR)为1.12±0.50,明显低于正常线粒体的呼吸控制率(平均值为2.10±0.75)。表明沃辛瘤的肿瘤上皮线粒体内呼吸及氧化磷酸化偶联过程明显减弱,呼吸功能减退,提示线粒体的增生是肿瘤代谢障碍引起的退行性变化,是在细胞器水平上的代偿性增生
In order to evaluate the mitochondrial function of Worthin tumor, mitochondria were isolated from eight surgical specimens of Wowin's tumor of parotid gland by biochemical methods and their respiration activity was measured. The average mitochondrial respiratory control (RCR) of tumor epithelial cells was 1.12 ± 0.50, which was significantly lower than that of normal mitochondria (average 2.10 ± 0.75). That Worthin tumor tumor epithelial mitochondrial respiration and oxidative phosphorylation coupling process was significantly weakened, respiratory dysfunction, suggesting that mitochondrial hyperplasia is a metabolic disorder caused by degenerative changes in the organellar level of compensatory proliferation
