“绿色发展”是传统发展模式下的一种创新,是应对气候变化的有效机制。本文以“绿色发展”为背景,分析我国现阶段碳排放权交易立法现状以及存在问题,以期从法律方面促进我国碳排放权交易合法、有序地进行。
“Green Development ” is an innovation under the traditional development model and an effective mechanism to cope with climate change. Based on the background of “green development ”, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the current legislation on carbon emissions trading in China, with a view to promoting legal and orderly carbon trading in China.
