用当归等13种中药的丙酮提取液对AFB_1、二氨基芴(2-AF)、亚硝基胍(MNNG)、迭氮钠(NaN_3)等致突变物诱导鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA98,TA100突变株回复突变抑制作用实验。13个样品中有12个呈不同程度的抑制突变作用(占92.3%);其中分别对2-AF有抑制作用占被测样品的84.6%(TA98),61.5%(TA100);AFB_192.3%(TA98、TA100);MNNG23.1%(TA100);NaN_30.07%(TA100)。提示这些中药可能对预防肝癌有意义,但尚待进一步研究。
Induced Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100 mutant strains with acetone extracts of 13 Chinese herbal medicines, such as Angelica sinensis, on AFB_1, diaminoanthraquinone (2-AF), nitrosoguanidine (MNNG), sodium azide (NaN_3) and other mutagens. Mutation inhibition experiments. Twelve of the 13 samples showed varying degrees of suppression (92.3%); the inhibitory effects on 2-AF accounted for 84.6% (TA98), 61.5% (TA100) of the tested sample, and AFB_192.3%, respectively. (TA98, TA100); MNNG 23.1% (TA100); NaN_30.07% (TA100). It is suggested that these traditional Chinese medicines may be of significance for the prevention of liver cancer, but they need to be further studied.
