早期妊娠扩张子宫颈的方法,有用金属扩张器的快速扩张法和海藻棒的缓慢扩张法。但前者有子宫穿孔及子宫颈裂伤的危险,后者却费时较长。为此,作者推荐一种在作吸刮流产前,应用小儿尿道导尿管(Foley 导尿管)作为子宫颈扩张囊,先行扩张宫颈的方法。经少数病例应用的结果,证实这种方法无损伤子宫的危险,而且时间短,子宫颈管也扩张充分。
Early pregnancy dilatation of the cervix, the rapid expansion of the metal dilator method and the slow expansion of seaweed wand. However, the former has the risk of perforation of the uterus and laceration of the cervix, which takes a longer time. To this end, the authors recommend a prior to suction scraping abortion, the application of pediatric urethral catheter (Foley catheter) as a cervical dilatation capsule, the first method of dilatation of the cervix. The results of a small number of cases confirmed that this method does not damage the risk of the uterus, and time is short, the cervical canal is also fully expanded.
