目的观察目前临床中的急诊工作状况,对其进行评估,寻找其不足的方面,分析原因并提出相应对策。方法选取在临床急诊过程中发生意外的患者案例,对其病案中有关的治疗过程进行详细的分析,寻找不足与原因,并提出相应对策。结果所选病例均因不同的原因导致悲剧的发生,具体原因有医生的诊断水平不高、医生的在治疗过程中比较粗心、医生不可预知的危险及转院过程中存在的危险因素。结论急诊工作是衡量一个医疗机构医疗水平的重要环节,在治疗中我们应注重可能要发生的危险,对待问题应及时发现,及时处理,建立预处理问题的预防体系,处理好急诊工作中的问题,为患者带去福音,为医疗机构提升整体服务水平及信誉度。
Objective To observe the current situation of clinical emergency work, to assess it, to find its shortcomings, analyze the causes and propose appropriate countermeasures.
