原地侧推铅球在体育高考中是比较容易拿分的,但要想获得高分或是满分,没有一定的技术与力量基础就十分困难了。经过本人带队多年的观察与经验总结,发现很多学生的铅球成绩提高到一定程度就很难再提高。主要有两方面的问题,一方面是整体的学生自身肌肉力量较弱,爆发力差,另一方面就是在背弓和躯干用力方面存在着一定的问题。整体肌肉力量较弱可以通过增加力量训练并且合理膳食,充分补充营养素,再通过使用肌酸、蛋白粉等运动营养食品改善。在此,我们主要从技术方面进行详细的阐述。
Putting shot put on the spot in the PE college entrance examination is relatively easy to get points, but in order to obtain high scores or full marks, it is very difficult without a certain basis of technology and strength. After many years of observation and experience led by me, I found that many students shot put to a certain extent it is difficult to improve. There are mainly two aspects of the problem. On the one hand, the overall student’s own muscle strength is weak and the explosive force is poor. On the other hand, there are certain problems in the force of the back arch and torso. Weak overall muscular strength can be increased by strength training and a reasonable diet, adequate nutrient replenishment, and then through the use of creatine, protein powder and other sports nutrition food to improve. Here, we mainly elaborate on the technical aspects.
