采用苦味酸试纸法和银量法对采于青海省东部地区的9种红景天属植物中的生氰甙进行了定性和定量分析。结果表明狭叶红景天、四裂红景天、圣地红景天、对叶红景天和唐古特红景天中含有生氰甙。狭叶红景天中含量最高，按百脉根甙计约4．30～8．39mg／g。
The qualitative and quantitative analysis of cyanogenic glycosides in 9 species of Rhodiola rosea collected in the eastern part of Qinghai Province was carried out using the picric acid test strip method and the silver determination method. The results showed that cyanogenic glycosides were found in Rhodiola sagittatum, Rhodiola quadricosa, Rhodiola sagittifolia, Rhodiola sachalinensis, and Rhodiola sagittatum. The content of Rhodiola rosea was the highest, which was about 4.30-8.39mg/g.
