目的:通过比较扶正解毒方联合银尔舒治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染前后宫颈脱落细胞中炎症因子IL-6浓度的变化,分析扶正解毒方治疗高危型HPV感染的临床价值。方法:应用中药扶正解毒方联合银尔舒治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染患者,比较用药前后IL-6浓度变化,并与单纯外用银尔舒作对比。结果:两组治疗后IL-6浓度均比治疗前降低,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);中药组较对照组明显降低,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:扶正解毒方联合银尔舒外用能有效治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染,能减少炎症因子IL-6的释放,改善临床症状及促进糜烂面愈合,充分体现了中西结合治疗的优势,有临床实用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical value of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction in treating high-risk HPV infection by comparing the changes of IL-6 in exfoliative cells in cervical exfoliated cells before and after treatment with high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV). Methods: Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction and Yin’er Shu were used to treat patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with high-risk HPV infection. The changes of IL-6 levels before and after treatment were compared and compared with those of pure topical sildenafil. Results: The concentrations of IL-6 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The levels of IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction combined with Silversu external use can effectively treat chronic cervicitis with HPV infection, can reduce the release of inflammatory cytokines IL-6, improve clinical symptoms and promote erosion surface, fully embodies the advantages of combining Chinese and Western treatment, clinical Practical value.
