在知识经济的时代,对于创业人才的需求尤为迫切,而创业不仅只是经济领域,在文化产业领域也有很大的发展空间。而设计作为文化产业的重要组成部分,设计艺术人才的培养应与创业教育相结合,培养具有创业素质的专业设计艺术创新人才来满足社会的需求。本文通过对国外创业教育在文化产业领域的运用研究以及分析我国设计教育的现状和问题,提出了以创业素质为导向的设计艺术创新人才培养模式。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, the demand for entrepreneurial talents is especially urgent. Entrepreneurship is not only an economic field, but also has a lot of room for development in the field of cultural industries. The design as an important part of the cultural industry, the design of art talent training should be combined with the entrepreneurship education, professional entrepreneurship to cultivate creative design professionals to meet the needs of the community. Based on the research on the employment of foreign entrepreneurship education in the field of cultural industries and the analysis of the status quo and problems of the design education in our country, this paper puts forward the mode of cultivating innovative creative talents based on the quality of entrepreneurship.
