以催化裂化轻汽油为原料 ,在固定床反应器中对几种沸石催化剂的醚化活性进行了考察。结果表明 ,Hβ沸石的醚化活性接近D0 0 5型树脂催化剂的水平 ,其叔碳烯烃总转化率可达 5 5 .32 %。以Hβ沸石为催化剂 ,实验室考察了催化剂制备条件和反应条件对叔碳烯烃转化率的影响。Hβ沸石催化剂具有活性好、选择性高、不易失活等优点 ,且易于再生 ,是性能优良的醚化催化剂 ,有着良好的应用前景
The catalytic activity of several kinds of zeolite catalysts was investigated in a fixed bed reactor using FCC gasoline as raw material. The results showed that the etherification activity of Hβ zeolite was close to that of D0 05 type resin catalyst, and the total conversion of tertiary olefin was up to 55.32%. Hβ zeolite as a catalyst, the laboratory investigated the catalyst preparation conditions and reaction conditions on the conversion of tertiary olefin olefin. Hβ zeolite catalyst has the advantages of good activity, high selectivity, not easy to deactivate, etc., and easy to regenerate, is a good performance etherification catalyst, has a good prospect
