本文介绍了在100kg的炉子上采用钙系熔剂炉外处理含磷量为0.4—0.5%的中磷生铁的实验结果.研究了生铁中初始含硅量、供氧制度和喷粉制度对生铁脱磷的影响.实验结果表明,供氧制度和喷粉制度是改善脱磷保碳的重要工艺参数.计算了生铁炉外脱磷时物料平衡和热平衡.
In this paper, the experimental results on the treatment of medium phosphorous pig iron containing 0.4-0.5% phosphorus by furnace with calcium flux on a 100kg furnace were introduced.The effects of initial silicon content, oxygen supply and dusting on pig iron Phosphorus.The experimental results show that the oxygen supply system and the dusting system are the important process parameters to improve the dephosphorization and carbon retention.The material balance and heat balance of dephosphorization furnace are calculated.
