有一个县35所基层卫生院的院长无执业医师资格,25所卫生院无一人取得执业医师资格《瞭望》新闻周刊在一些乡镇调查时发现,《执业医师法》实施7年多以来,一些地方的农村乡镇卫生院相当一批医护人员因不具备医学专业中专以上学历等条件,一直处于“无照行医”的非法执业状态。由于当前农村地区医疗资源严重短缺,如果严格依法禁止这些人执业,不少乡镇卫生院将面临关门。这一状况在许多地方较为普遍。
The dean of 35 primary health care centers in a county is not qualified as a practising doctor. No one of the 25 health centers has obtained the qualification as a practicing doctor.
