随着我国经济的快速发展,经济增长趋势由高速增长转变为中速增长,在追求经济增长的同时,开始注重对于自然环境的保护,逐步加大对环境的重视。在低碳经济的大背景下,需要对环境档案管理有一个清晰认识,清楚如何做好环境档案管理的工作,促进经济地发展。本文从当今低碳经济大背景下出发,对环境档案管理存在的问题和不足之处进行分析,为在低碳经济大背景下环境档案管理如何发展提供对策。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the trend of economic growth has changed from rapid growth to moderate growth. While pursuing economic growth, we have begun to pay attention to the protection of the natural environment and gradually increased our emphasis on the environment. Under the background of a low-carbon economy, there is a need to have a clear understanding of environmental archives management and how to do a good job of environmental archives management to promote economic development. Based on the current background of low-carbon economy, this paper analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings of environmental archives management, and provides suggestions for how to manage the environmental archives in the context of low-carbon economy.
