慢性心力衰竭作为心血管疾病常见的一种疾病,不仅仅伴有心血管系统血流动力学障碍,同时也伴有神经内分泌代谢功能的紊乱。当前慢性心力衰竭患者的临床治疗中,逐渐从患者血流动力改善进而实现生物学调整。有学者表明[1],慢性心衰患者应用左甲状腺素钠治疗,对于患者的心功能有着明显改善作用。我院通过对慢性心衰患者采取左甲状腺素钠治疗,对患者的心功能和血清细胞因子的活动做了具体的分析,有一定的价值发现,报告如下。
