本研究应用微波消解对贝类水产品进行前处理,使用电感耦合等离子发射光谱-质谱仪对铝、铬、镉、锰、铁、镍、锌、铜、砷和铅10项元素进行同时测定。采用内标法,对各个元素的检出限,线性范围进行了研究,并进行了加标回收和精密度试验。结果表明:该方法简便、快速和准确,适于贝类水产品中多种金属元素的同时测定。
In this study, shellfish aquatic products were pretreated by microwave digestion, and 10 elements of aluminum, chromium, cadmium, manganese, iron, nickel, zinc, copper, arsenic and lead were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry-mass spectrometry. Using the internal standard method, the detection limit and linear range of each element were studied, and spiked recovery and precision test were carried out. The results showed that the method was simple, rapid and accurate and suitable for the simultaneous determination of various metal elements in shellfish aquatic products.
