蕃茄系茄果类中的重要蔬菜。果蔬两用富含营养,既能生食和菜食,又能加工制罐,素为人民所喜爱。近几年来,全省各地的栽培面积正逐年扩展,品种不断增加,单产有所提高。但鉴于地理境环,土壤、气候等因素的差异,加之品种之间的生物学特性的不一致。“因地制宜”地选择适宜的品种,对于提高蕃茄单位面积产量,满足人民生活需要,有着积极的实际意义。
