作为一种介于企业和市场之间的产业组织形式,产业集群不但对区域发展起着至关重要的作用,而且对区域内企业的影响作用也非常显著。因此,国内外众多学者、研究机构和政府部门对产业集群的影响作用都给予了极大的关注。以产业集群对企业绩效的影响机理为基础,构建了描述产业集群和企业绩效的指标体系,并设定了相应的研究假设。同时,以结构方程为核心研究工具,构建了产业集群对企业绩效的影响模型,并选取上海医药制造业进行实证分析,从而对研究假设的合理性进行了论证。
As a form of industrial organization between enterprises and markets, industrial clusters not only play a crucial role in regional development, but also have a significant impact on the enterprises in the region. Therefore, many domestic and foreign scholars, research institutes and government departments have given great attention to the impact of industrial clusters. Based on the mechanism of industrial cluster’s influence on enterprise’s performance, this paper constructs an index system to describe industrial cluster and enterprise’s performance, and sets corresponding research hypothesis. At the same time, taking structural equation as the core research tool, this paper constructs a model of the impact of industrial cluster on firm performance, and selects the Shanghai pharmaceutical manufacturing industry for empirical analysis, demonstrating the rationality of the research hypothesis.
