党的十八大提出了建设学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党的重大任务。习近平同志说“:把学习型放在第一位,是因为学习是前提,学习好才能服务好,学习好才有可能进行创新。我们的国家要上进,我们的民族要上进,就必须大兴学习之风,坚持学习、学习、再学习,坚持实践、实践、再实践。”近年来,浙江省余姚市河姆渡镇在贯彻落实科学发展观的实践中,结合学习型党组织建设工作的要求,把提高镇民的文化素质,文明素养作为推进新农村建设,推动新一轮镇域经济和社会发展的战略资源来抓,不断深化“书香河姆渡”全民读书系列品牌活动。2010年以来,为进一步营造以读书为乐、以读书为荣的良好风尚,该镇党委在全镇成立首批18个“农家书屋——党员读书活动点”。本文作者是河姆渡镇的一名宣传思想工作者,笔者对2年多来,该镇创立的农家书屋党员读书点进行了调研走访,并提出了如何深化本活动点的看法与建议。

The author is an advocacy worker in Hemudu town. The author conducted a survey and study on the reading points of the party members of the farm bookstore founded by the town over the past two years and put forward his opinions and suggestions on how to deepen this activity.
