近年来,国内采用膀胱粘膜代尿道治疗尿道下裂取得了进展。我院从1982年8月以来收治先天性尿道下裂2例,均采用膀胱粘膜尿道成形一期手术,获得了满意效果。现报道如下。例1.男,25岁。患先天性尿道下裂,12岁时曾在某医院治疗手术失败。检查:阴茎无明显弯曲,尿道外口开口于阴茎腹侧距冠状沟4cm处,尿道外口狭窄,直径为0.2cm。以先天性尿道下裂(阴茎型),行膀胱粘膜尿道成形一期手术。
In recent years, the domestic use of bladder and urethra to treat hypospadias has made progress. Two cases of congenital hypospadias were treated in our hospital from August 1982, all of which were treated with bladder mucosa and urethroplasty in one stage. Satisfactory results were obtained. Report as follows now. Example 1. Male, 25 years old. Suffering from congenital hypospadias, 12-year-old failed surgery in a hospital. Check: no obvious penile curvature, urethral opening in the ventral penile coronal 4cm, urethral stricture, diameter 0.2cm. To congenital hypospadias (penis type), line bladder surgery urethroplasty.
