2008年高考江苏卷文学类文本阅读选用了汪曾祺的小说《侯银匠》,小说结尾写侯银匠“忽然想起两句唐诗,那是他錾在银簪子上的。想起这两句诗,有点文不对题:姑苏城外寒山寺,夜半钟声到客船”。这里的“有点文不对题”意味深长。两句唐诗,看似与当时的情景没有关联,有点突兀或随意,实则灵动含蓄,蕴含丰富,是汪曾祺小说的个性风格的体现,是一种留白的艺术。
