到去年9月底,全国电力行业140余万名职工的基本养老保险个人帐户已全部建立并正式发布投入运作。随着养老保险制度改革的深入和发展,职工基本养老保险个人帐户的管理工作显得尤为重要,成为新机制能否正常运转的关键。为此,电力部社会保险事业管理局制定了职工个人帐户逐级定期核查确认制度,并付诸实施,取得了很好的效果。 一.实行职工基本养老保险个人帐户逐级定期核查确认制度是由个人帐户的性质和行业特点决定的
By the end of September last year, the basic pension insurance personal accounts of more than 1.4 million workers in the power industry had all been established and put into operation formally.
