磷酸二酯酶抑制剂(PDEI)是一类非洋地黄、非儿茶酚胺类正(?)肌力作用药物,能选择性抑制心肌细胞的磷酸二酯酶 F-Ⅲ,提高心肌细胞内 cAMP 的水平,通过肌膜上的钙通道而增加肌浆网对 Ca~(++)摄入及储存的速率,引起 Ca~(++)流入的增加。在增强心肌收缩力及扩张血管的同时不伴心率增快,不增加心肌耗氧。因而,是治疗充血性心力衰竭安全有效且副作用小的新药。
