1 前言训练质量的优劣,在于教练员对计划过程的控制。对训练的控制能力体现教练员的执教水平,影响着训练的质量和效果。教练员应在指导训练过程中发现问题,积累经验,丰富和开拓思维,并结合理论调整知识结构,提高执教水平。少儿运动员正处于动态的成长过程中,其生理和心理特点与成年运动员有明显差别。因此,对他们的训练控制更应讲究方式方法,单纯一个“严”字是片面的,也是不合理的。教练员要提高对训练课的控制能力,使每次训练尽量实现自己的意图并不是件易事。这需要对少儿的心理和生理动态变化有较深刻的认识与把握,单凭训练课上的一点时间是远远不够的,功夫应下在课外。
