目的探讨孕期及哺乳期金雀异黄素(genistein,GEN)对母鼠生殖内分泌激素的影响。方法将32只成年SPF级雌性大鼠随机分为4组,分别为对照组和400、1 200、3 600 mg/kg GEN暴露组,每组8只。采用饲料喂饲的方式进行暴露,自妊娠第0天至仔鼠断乳,连续暴露42 d。测定母鼠血清中促卵泡生成激素、促黄体生成素、雌二醇和胰岛素的水平。结果与对照组相比,1 200、3 600 mg/kg GEN暴露组母鼠血清中促黄体生成素及3 600 mg/kg GEN暴露组母鼠血清中雌二醇水平升高,胰岛素水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而各剂量GEN暴露组母鼠血清中促卵泡生成素水平无明显变化。结论孕期及哺乳期GEN暴露对母鼠的生殖内分泌功能具有一定的干扰作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of genistein (GEN) during pregnancy and lactation on reproductive endocrine hormones in maternal rats. Methods Thirty-two adult SPF female rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group and GEN exposures at 400, 1, 200 and 300 mg / kg, with 8 in each group. The animals were exposed by feedstuff and were exposed for 42 days continuously from the 0th day of pregnancy to the offspring of their pups. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estradiol and insulin in maternal serum were determined. Results Compared with the control group, the serum estradiol level and the insulin level of maternal serum of l, 200,3 600 mg / kg GEN exposure group and the females of 3 600 mg / kg GEN exposure group were increased, (P <0.05). However, there was no significant change in serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone in maternal serum of GEN exposure group. Conclusions GEN exposures during pregnancy and lactation have some effects on the reproductive and endocrine function of the female rats.
