甲状腺机能减退(简称甲减)是一种常见的老年性疾病,而粘液性水肿昏迷合并腹水及溢乳者较为罕见。我们遇到1例57岁女性病人,因进行性肿胖15年,纳差、汗少、便秘、手足麻木、昏迷半月而入院,曾误诊为肾炎、冠心病。查体:血压150/90,体重76公斤,面部臃肿,声音嘶哑。典型粘液性水肿貌,全身皮肤肿而硬,不凹陷。甲状腺不大,双侧眼睑下垂,唇厚,舌大,乳腺丰满有乳汁分泌。肝脾未触及,腹水征(+),实验
Hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) is a common form of senile disease, and mucous edema coma with ascites and galactorrhea are rare. We met a 57-year-old female patient, progressive obesity for 15 years, anorexia, less sweat, constipation, numbness of hands and feet, coma and a half admitted to the hospital, had misdiagnosed as nephritis, coronary heart disease. Physical examination: blood pressure 150/90, weight 76 kg, facial bloated, hoarse voice. Typical myxedema appearance, systemic skin swelling and hard, not concave. Thyroid, bilateral ptosis, lip thick, big tongue, breast full of milk secretion. Liver and spleen not touched, signs of ascites (+), experiment
