一、从标识标签上 1.产品标签上是否标注了产品名称、制造厂商名称和地址、内装物量、日期标志、许可证号、产品标准号等。有的产品应有安全警告、使用指南和储存条件说明。特殊用途化妆品应标注有特殊用途化妆品卫生批准文号,如祛斑、防晒、除臭、染发、烫发、育发、脱毛、美乳、健美的化妆品。 2.进口化妆品应标明原产国名、地区名(包括台湾、香港、澳门)、制造厂商名称、地址或经销商、进口商、代理商在国内依法登记注册的名称和地址,还应有规范的汉字标注。
