肝脏是糖代谢的重要器官,肝脏实质性损害可致糖代谢紊乱,主要表现为糖耐量降低,严重者可发生肝源性糖尿病。本文对58例肝病患者口服葡萄糖胰岛素释放试验(OGIRT)结果进行分析,并探讨肝病时糖代谢紊乱的特点。
The liver is an important organ of glucose metabolism, liver damage caused by substantial metabolic disorders of glucose metabolism, mainly as impaired glucose tolerance, severe cases of liver-derived diabetes may occur. In this paper, 58 patients with liver disease in patients with oral glucose insulin release test (OGIRT) results were analyzed and to investigate the characteristics of disorders of liver glucose metabolism.
