目的 :探讨百合对小鼠耐缺氧作用的影响 ,筛选最佳品种。方法 :根据卫生部《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》,分别对卷丹和普通百合进行小鼠的常压耐缺氧实验、亚硝酸钠中毒存活实验和急性脑缺血性缺氧实验。结果 :卷丹能明显延长小鼠的常压耐缺氧时间、亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间和急性脑缺血性缺氧小鼠的耐缺氧时间 ;普通百合只能明显延长小鼠的亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间。结论 :卷丹的耐缺氧作用明显强于普通百合。
Objective: To explore the effect of lily on hypoxia tolerance in mice and to screen the best variety. METHODS: According to the “Healthy Food Functional Evaluation Procedure and Test Method” of the Ministry of Health, mice were subjected to normobaric hypoxia test, sodium nitrite poisoning survival test, and acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia test in mice and normal lily, respectively. . RESULTS: Lizard could prolong the duration of normal hypoxia tolerance, sodium nitrite poisoning, and hypoxic tolerance in mice with acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia. Ordinary lily only significantly prolonged nitrous acid in mice. Sodium poisoning survival time. Conclusion : The anti-hypoxia effect of tiger lily is obviously stronger than ordinary lily.
