采用水热法制备了多种ZnO花簇晶体,以Zn(Ac)2.2H2O和ZnCl2为前驱物,加入浓氨水、丁胺和NaOH等矿化剂,通过添加有机溶剂乙醇、乙二醇、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)调节并控制了目标花簇状晶体形貌。结果表明,氨和胺是制备花簇状晶体形貌的有效矿化剂,后者能明显提高晶体的聚集度;乙醇和乙二醇辅助剂能够有效地调控晶体各晶面生长,使花簇状晶体呈现不同的形貌特征。此外,探讨了氨和胺对花簇状氧化锌晶体生长的影响机理。
A series of ZnO flower clusters were prepared by hydrothermal method. Zn (Ac) 2.2H2O and ZnCl2 were used as precursors. Concentrated ammonia, butylamine and NaOH were added as mineralizers. The organic solvents such as ethanol, ethylene glycol, Acrylamide (PAM) regulates and controls the target flower-like crystal morphology. The results showed that ammonia and amines were effective mineralizing agents for the preparation of flower-like crystal morphology. The latter could obviously increase the degree of aggregation. Ethanol and ethylene glycol adjuvants could effectively control the growth of crystal planes, Crystal shows different morphological features. In addition, the mechanism of the effect of ammonia and amine on the growth of flower-like zinc oxide crystal was discussed.
