目的：探讨脑梗塞后记忆障碍的机理及治疗方法，方法：依据中国科学院心理所编制的临床记忆量表，采用中西医结合疗法对50例伴记忆障碍的脑梗塞病人进行治疗前后记忆商测试，并设对照组比较．结果：治疗组有效率达90％，两组具有显著差异（P＜0．05）．结论：中西医结合治疗脑梗塞后记忆障碍具有一定的临床价值．
Objective: To investigate the mechanism and treatment of memory impairment after cerebral infarction.Methods: According to the clinical memory scale prepared by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the memory test was performed on 50 patients with cerebral infarction with memory impairment before and after treatment with the combination of TCM and Western medicine, And set the control group comparison. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of TCM and WM in the treatment of memory impairment after cerebral infarction has some clinical value.
