长征和T815系列重型汽车由于其具有优良的越野性能,因此在油田应用非常广泛。但在使用过程中这些车辆时经常出现挂挡困难的故障,笔者总结导致挂挡困难的原因,主要有3个方面:一是制动灯开关故障;二是换挡助力器电磁阀故障;三是相关线路故障。经过总结经验,笔者针对制动灯开关故障进行了改革,将容易损坏的气控制动灯开关改为机械开关,安装在离合器踏板处,这样大大减少了同类原因造成的故障频率,效果很明显。由于换挡助力器电磁阀是密封件,除下部气路部分可清洗外,基本属于一次性部件,只要在电磁阀的采购上严格把关,就可大大减少因电磁阀故障导致的挂挡困难出现的频
